Also for black pudding I use gardenburger’s black bean flavored patties. I’m not sure all of this is vegan though, it is definately vegetarian though. I usually make my own beans, but this could be too time consuming if it isn’t a vegan “english breakfast” for a whole bunch of people. I also like to fry (or grill if you can) portabella mushrooms whole with garlic and fresh thyme in the gills (the underside of the mushroom). I also prefer the tofu scramble vs the fake eggs, sometimes I’ll do some tempeh fried and then mashed with ricotta (or staying vegan some vegan cheese melted in and mashed with the tempeh)
