I’ve made it a couple of times myself. And my 16 yr old like 3 or 4 times within a month. This recipe is what inspired my son to finally start cooking. Definitely recommend. It’s THAT good!

I doubled the marinate and used an entire block of extra firm tofu (that was frozen, then thawed, and squeezed out the water) and it gave me 15 big slices. I’ve been obsessed with making a big vegan brunch lately and this bacon is the best one we’ve tried. Super easy and super delicious! Thanks for this recipe!

Next time I need to double the recipe because my meat eating partner and I almost ate all of the first batch it was so good! He had just made regular bacon and when he tried this he said he wish he hadn’t because he preferred this one. The taste is spot on and the tofu adds the perfect meatiness to it.
