Made this last night. Used broccoli instead of peas because it’s what I had on hand. If I hadn’t made it myself, I would honestly think someone was feeding me the dairy version, it tastes SPOT ON! Alfredo has been the one thing I’ve continued to crave since going vegan 5 years ago and this nailed that craving. Tastes just like I remember! So affordable. So “cheesy”. Easy to make. So delicious! I’m obsessed. I will be making it so many more times!

Just to make life a little easier, how about cutting the vents in the top piece before placing it on the jam covered bottom. Also, does it have to be jam, or could I use apple, pear, or other fruit butter?

I’m never making pie again!
I used a vegan GF pie crust. I shaped some, as you suggested, using the 3×5″ card and
for the others I used cookie cutters.
I used an organic wild blueberry jam.
Another great recipe! Thanks again.

I love this recipe! Ive made this multiple times now. Sometimes I just use the seitan part of tje recipe if I want chickn seitan for something else. I love the ease of baking it instead of simmering so you dont have to keep an eye on it.
