INGREDIENTS FOR GUINNESS BBQ SAUCE:
- Guinness Beer
- Ketchup
- Worcestershire Sauce (Vegan)
- Orange (using for zest & Juice)
- Brown Sugar
- Dijon or Brown Mustard
- Salt & Pepper
- Onion Powder
- Garlic Powder
- Chilli Powder
- Paprika
KITCHEN EQUIPMENT I USED:

- ½ cup Guinness beer
- 1 cup ketchup
- ½ tbsp vegan Worcestershire sauce
- ½ of a small orange zested & juiced
- ¼ cup + 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1⅕ tbsp dijon or brown mustard
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp chili powder
- ¼ tsp paprika
- To a small saucepan, add Guinness, ketchup, vegan Worcestershire, orange juice, brown sugar, dijon, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, and paprika.
- Bring everything to a boil, and then reduce heat to a rolling simmer. Allow it to simmer for about 10 mins, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from the heat, add orange zest, and allow the sauce to cool.
- Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
