There is something about a nice, warm cup of latte that brings so much joy throughout the day. If you live in Canada, you know how crazy the winter storms can get. That is why I wanted to share with you my homemade Biscoff Latte recipe that will keep you warm and cozy all winter long.
Biscoff Latte is a smooth, bittersweet latte made with sweet, caramelized cookie butter, espresso and foamed milk. It is usually made to drink hot, but you can also make an iced Biscoff latte by adding ice. This simple and delicious recipe can be made in less than 5 mins. This cookie-butter-infused latte is often comparable to the one at Starbucks at half the cost!
This biscoff latte recipe is the perfect way to get up in the morning with the smell of coffee and cookies in a cup. You will not be able to get enough of these creamy, sweet, cookie butter coffee.

Biscoff Latte
Cookie butter or Biscoff spread is a dessert condiment made from Speculoos cookies and very similar to the taste of peanut butter. It is a delicate ingredient that can be used in desserts, coffee and lattes.
To start, all you need is your sweeteners, vegan cookie butter with some of your favorite non-dairy milk, cinnamon, and your favorite caffeine. For an iced biscoff latte, pour the blended mixture in glass with ice.
